ARMUS Health Catalyst Holiday Schedule: 
We will be observing the following upcoming holidays: Christmas (Tuesday Dec 24 - Thursday Dec 26) and New Years (Wed Jan1  - Thur Jan 2).  We will also have limited staff during those two weeks on the non-holiday days.

HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk

• To access the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) supported by the ARMUS by HealthCatalyst support team:
  • Click on this link ARMUS Support ZenDesk where you will be able to:
    • Create a HelpDesk ticket
    • Access GIQuIC resources such as: recorded GIQuIC registry platform training sessions, GIQuIC QuIC Bites webinars, newsletters and other GIQuIC educational resources.
• If you are having difficulty accessing the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
  • PLEASE DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted. 
• If you receive no reply from our support team to your ticket within a few hours, please do contact us via phone 1-800-942-7687.
