UPDATES COMING SOON:
- StarMetrix: The next release will have updates to the look and feel of StarMetrix. The Parameters will now be at the top (rather than on the side) like they are for all other analytics applications and there will no longer be tabs for the sections, rather there is a dropdown to select the section. Please access the ARMUS GIQuIC StarMetrix Dashboard Report Brief for more informaiton, and there will additionally be release notes at the time of the release.
- Colonoscopy Measures: Certain measures will have updates to align with the recently updated Colonoscopy Quality Indicators. See release notes for more information following the release.

- To access the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) supported by the ARMUS by HealthCatalyst support team:
- Click on this link ARMUS Support ZenDesk where you will be able to:
- Create a HelpDesk ticket
- Access GIQuIC resources such as: recorded GIQuIC registry platform training sessions, GIQuIC QuIC Bites webinars, newsletters and other GIQuIC educational resources.
- If you are having difficulty accessing the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
- PLEASE DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted.
- If you receive no reply from our support team to your ticket within a few hours, please do contact us via phone 240-437-3400.
