HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk
- To access the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) supported by the ARMUS by HealthCatalyst support team:
- Click on this link ARMUS Support ZenDesk where you will be able to:
- Create a HelpDesk ticket
- Access GIQuIC resources such as: recorded GIQuIC registry platform training sessions, GIQuIC QuIC Bites webinars, newsletters and other GIQuIC educational resources.
- If you are having difficulty accessing the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
- PLEASE DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted.
- If you receive no reply from the GIQuIC support team to your ticket within a few hours, please do contact us via phone 240-437-3400.
