HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk
- To access the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) supported by the ARMUS by HealthCatalyst support team:
- Click on this link ARMUS Support ZenDesk where you will be able to:
- Create a HelpDesk ticket
- Access GIQuIC resources such as: recorded GIQuIC registry platform training sessions, GIQuIC QuIC Bites webinars, newsletters and other GIQuIC educational resources.
- If you are having difficulty accessing the HelpDesk (ZenDesk) please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
- If you send email requests rather than logging into ARMUS Support ZenDesk, please DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted. PHI should only be uploaded to ARMUS via an SFTP or via ARMUS applications.
- If you receive not reply from our support team to your ticket within a few hours, please do contact us via phone 1-800-942-7687.
